Can stress actually kill you? This activity will raise your awareness about stress.
Check out these two YouTube videos for the answer. The first is a 3-minute clip explaining the stress response and some potential long term consequences of unmanaged stress. The second is a 14:28 minute video giving a very different perception of the stress response, one that might change your entire life.
As you watch the video, please answer the questions below by entering your responses inside the text entry box. Then, respond to at least 2 posts made by different classmates. Your response must initiate conversation or provide additional feedback. In other words, you cannot just respond "I agree". When making your response, address your classmate by name and be sure to end with your name.
